2022.01.28 15:44 Daklight TV quality....Wheel of Time vs The Crown....What can Rings of Power learn?
Here in January, I watched the first three episodes of both Wheel of Time and The Crown. My first time to see either one. I won't call Wheel of Time bad......but the Crown is significantly better in all ways. Better written, better cast/characters, better acting, better costumes, better sets and better cinematography. It's far and away above Wheel of Time. It makes WoT look like Twilight or Riverdale.
I sure hope LOTR Rings of Power can learn a lot from The Crown because it deserves a much better effort and final product than what Amazon did for WoT. Netflix obviously put in the right people and efforts and it shows across the board.
Some might say it's an unfair comparison, but I think it is a great one. It shows what can be achieved and what just looks like a show from the CW.
I know people will talk money but quality is not always money spent. It is spending the money you have in the right way. We know Amazon is throwing hundreds of millions at this. Are they spending it right? The casting all look young and new. That's not necessarily bad but often lacks the skills established actors can bring. Seeing the bad costumes and props in WoT that look like things from the discount aisle in World Market make me fear what Rings of Power might do. Story and script too. A lot of all three series will be made up for the show. Please have the right writers......
TL;DR after seeing WoT I am worried for Rings of Power. But seeing The Crown gives me hope.
Anybody else think similar?

2022.01.28 15:44 VoodooMedicWolf Returning to Appalachia on a new console
So as the title says I am returning to Appalachia but have changed from PS4 to Xbox series S since I last played Fallout 76 (I last played way back when it released and long before any of the new DLCs). So I am basically starting from scratch! I saw they added a quest for a backpack and that one of the tasks requires using a stim to revive a player. Well I am about to go and start the tasks to get the backpack but since swapping consoles I don't have any friends I really run around with and was hoping to reach out to the 76 community for help with this part of the quest?
I've had a great experience with the community again so far, lots of random high level people dropping me ammo or scrap to help my start. I appreciate it and just am hoping to get some help or tips for when I do start the backpack quest .
Thanks ahead of time!
TLDR: Started 76 on Xbox, used to play PS, needing help/tips to complete revive player with stim task. Don't have any friends I game with on Xbox currently

2022.01.28 15:44 SM003 Need help for Logitech Z906 Digital Input & TOSLINK cable selection
I recently bought z906 & currently using via PCM direct analogue cable provided inside the box with this product to connect with my PC motherboard Intel DH67BL, my motherboard has the digital optical SPDIF out for 5.1 & 7.1 channels, so I wanna connect to a digital input instead of analogue for better uncompressed & lossless sound stage/clarify & quality over analogue PCM direct, then considering that which input should I select from the sub-woofer back?
As per my understanding, the No 3 & 4 inputs are Digital optical SPDIF (Toslink) & no 5 is Digital Coaxial, so selecting any of those in-between no 3 or no 4 as input in z906 woofer would be correct right? Am excluding the no 5 Digital Coaxial as I heard Digital optical SPDIF (Toslink) is better than Digital Coaxial in terms of sound quality & clarity plus lossless sound delivery.

2022.01.28 15:44 ShadowRealm65 Carnage Tour III N4: Booking Santana & Ortiz's AEW Tag Title Reign Pt I: It's About Drive, It's About Power!
Santana & Ortiz have finally reached the top of the mountain! It was a long journey, filled with ghosts from their pasts, but they have finally accomplished what they’ve set out to do since day one! However, as they always say, winning the championship is the easy part. AEW has what is easily the most stacked tag division on the planet, and it’s only growing bigger by the day. Every test they face will only progress in difficulty. How long will they survive for? We’re about to find out!
Chapter 1: Dragonic Ascent It’s actually pretty common practice for a champion’s first defense to be against a semi-viable opponent who can further solidify their reign as champions. Santana & Ortiz’s challengers? They’re only one of the most dangerous tag teams on the planet. ReDRagon’s performance at the AEW Tag Team Championship Eliminator tournament, combined with their win over The Golden Elite (Omega/Ibushi/Young Bucks) (w/ Adam Cole & Roderick Strong) at Blood & Guts in the namesake match, have elevated them to #1 in the AEW Tag Team Rankings. They are already one of the most accomplished tag teams ever, and they seek to add one more to their resume. Yeah, that first thing I was talking about earlier? We don’t do that shit here in AEW.
Road to AEW Double or Nothing: Chasing the Dragon
After a dominant win over The Varsity Blondes on Dynamite, Kyle O’Reilly & Bobby Fish get on the microphone and remind everyone of their ranking. They make it clear that they want championship gold, and lay out the official challenge to Santana & Ortiz’s belts. This, naturally, brings out the champions. “Did you hear that?” Ortiz holds a hand up to his ear. “I think some new toys are squeaking again…”
“I think so,” Santana replies. “Although, I didn’t recognize these guys at first. I think they got a new paint job, I remember them a little more uh…” Santana snaps his fingers a few times. “...Black and Gold?”
“Hey!” Kyle interrupts. “We dominated that place the same way we do every other place we step foot in!”
“That includes right here in AEW!” Bobby Fish chimes in.
“Really?” Ortiz raises an eyebrow. “I remember the last thing you two were doing there was jobbing out to no-names.”
“The fact of the matter is,” Santana jumps in, “is that you couldn’t cut it there, and you sure as hell won’t cut it now.”
“Us? What about you two?” Bobby Fish fires back. “You two were drowning in small ponds while we were touring the world!”
“‘Drowning?’” Santana is offended. “Pendejo, we’re the AEW Tag Team Champions, the MOST prestigious tag team gold in the world! If that’s what you really think, then I can’t wait to prove you wrong. We accept your challenge! We’re going to kick your ass at Double or Nothing, and that is Undisputed!”
Now, with the match set for Double or Nothing, there is one more thing that Santana & Ortiz need to deal with. With the rest of the Inner Circle currently preoccupied (Sammy being the TNT Champion, Jake taking time off to fight a couple Bellator matches, and Chris Jericho in a placeholder mini-feud with Tony Nese), Santana & Ortiz not only have to fend off against reDRagon, but also the likes of Adam Cole & Roderick Strong, who will likely try to get involved in the match itself. It also becomes a problem during an episode of Rampage, where a match between Kyle O’Reilly and Santana ends in a DQ finish as the aforementioned get involved and begin beating down the champions. However, The Young Bucks, who are far from done in their rivalry with the Undisputed, run in to make the save. Santana & Ortiz have allies, and those allies will make sure the championship match is kept free from interference.
AEW Double or Nothing: Santana & Ortiz vs. reDRagon - AEW Tag Team Championship
I mentioned in my prologue how Santana & Ortiz seemingly have it all when it comes to winning matches. They have the power, the mentality, the toughness, and the speed to beat whatever opponents get placed in front of them. However, what I omitted then was they aren’t exactly known for their technical finesse. That becomes a big problem area in this particular matchup, as they are facing two of the most technical wrestlers in the world. Kyle O’Reilly and Santana square off to start the match, and they lock up. Santana uses his strength to push Kyle down to the ground but this is where their lack of technique gets to them. Kyle wraps himself around Santana and flips the entire situation, pinning the champion to the ground. He begins tying up Santana into a giant knot. Luckily, Santana manages to brute force out and slides into his corner. Ortiz tags in and his luck isn’t much better, as it’s Bobby Fish’s turn to wrestle circles around him, frustrating the champion. This is going to be difficult.
reDRagon continues to slow the match down to a snail’s pace as they work over Ortiz. Ortiz gets a few hope spots, but ultimately can’t pick up enough momentum to keep the match from dragging back down. Bobby Fish holds down Ortiz in a Bow & Arrow choke, Ortiz shifting his weight in an attempt to gain some kind of leverage. Finally, a small slip in grip from Bobby Fish is enough for Ortiz to power out. They both get back up on their feet and Bobby walks into a DDT by Ortiz out of desperation. Both men are down in the ring, and Santana is itching to get into the match. After a bit of drama, Santana finally gets the hot tag, and it’s time to get to work!
Santana begins dropping both Kyle and Bobby, rocking them with strikes from all over the place. Kyle swings at Santana but the latter hits a Suplex…and another…and another! Shoutout to Latino Heat! Kyle powders out the ring with Bobby, but they should know better! Santana & Ortiz hit Tope Suicidas In Stereo! They begin to hype up the live audience! This match is starting to pick up. Adam Cole & Roderick Strong show up on the entrance ramp but The Young Bucks are right on their tails. They begin brawling as Santana & Ortiz send Kyle & Bobby back in the ring.
After several more minutes of back and forth action, the match begins to draw to a close. After a knee bar by Bobby gets broken up by a kick from Santana, the duo begin to set up for the Street Sweeper. However, Ortiz is taking too long to set up by virtue of favoring the injured leg, which allows Kyle to take advantage, breaking up the move and sending Santana crashing with an avalanche Belly-to-Belly Suplex. 1, 2, no, kickout! Kyle Tags in and they attempt a Chasing the Dragon but Santana gets involved again, hitting Bobby with a Superkick. Kyle drops Ortiz and attempts to take care of the other champion but Santana lands another superkick on him. Ortiz begins to recover. Ortiz powerbombs the crap out of Kyle, lifting him back up for Ortiz to hit one more penalty kick! 1, 2, 3! Santana & Ortiz retain!
Result: Santana & Ortiz def. reDRagon by pinfall (23:45)
Chapter 2: Something Something Best in the World Referring back to the prologue once again, you might have noticed the inclusion of CM Punk & Bryan Danielson. After suffering losses to MJF & Jon Moxley respectively at AEW Revolution, the duo decided they wanted to see what the AEW Tag Division had to offer, declaring for the tournament. Despite some initial hiccups, they continued to pick up wins against all sorts of talent, culminating in a very important win at the AEW Double or Nothing Buy-In at the expense of the Ass Boys. They currently sit on the top five in the rankings, and it’s only a matter of time until they are the ones challenging Santana & Ortiz for the AEW Tag Team Championships.
AEW Dynamite: Punk & Danielson vs. FTR vs. Private Party
The winner goes on to face Santana & Ortiz at Night 1 of Fyter Fest. This is little more than a showcase match for the blossoming tag team, who are more than up to task to put away two veteran tag teams. They win the match by their new tag team finisher: A GTS followed immediately by a Running Knee.
Result: Punk & Danielson wins by pinfall (14:33)
Tony Schiavone gets inside the ring after the match to interview the new #1 Contenders. “Gentlemen, excellent showing against two very game tag teams, do you have anything you’d like to say to the champions before your match at Night 1 of Fyter Fest?”
“I do, actually.” CM Punk graciously takes the microphone from Tony. “I know we’ve had our bumps in the road, and I know how experienced and talented a Tag Team Santana & Ortiz are, but people like Danielson & I don’t get this far in the business by backing down from challenges.”
“We don’t become the Best in the World by shying away from the best this business has to offer.” Bryan jumps in. “We’ve overcome every obstacle we’ve put our minds to in this business, and Santana & Ortiz are just exactly that: obstacles.”
Road to AEW Fyter Fest: Press Conference
Prior to the event, AEW management holds a press conference between the two teams to hype up the event. “You know I have a lot of respect for you two,” Santana is the first to speak. “But what you said the other day struck a nerve with me. ‘Obstacles?’ Is that really what you think of us? Let me tell you something. This ain’t the ‘Sports Entertainment’ ring that you’re used to. You can’t expect to just walk over to the tag division and pick up some free belts. If we’re ‘obstacles,’ we’re going to make sure we’re the biggest damn obstacles you’ve ever faced.”
“You guys act like some kind of ‘gatekeepers’ for the division-” CM Punk starts.
“That’s because we are,” Ortiz interrupts, brandishing the championship belts.
“Let me finish please.” CM Punk pauses. “You guys act like some kind of gatekeepers when you’ve already had people like Kenny Omega and Hangman Page walk in and take those championships right from you.”
“We understand that this is the best tag division on the planet.” Bryan jumps in. “But we’re the Best in the World, and that applies to every match we step into, whether it’d be singles or a tag team.”
“At the end of the day,” Santana stands up. “I hope you two amigos are ready to fight, because that’s what we’re going to do at Fyter Fest.” The remaining competitors stand up and engage in a tense standoff to end the segment.
AEW Fyter Fest (Night 1) - Santana and Ortiz vs. Punk & Danielson - AEW Tag Team Championship
Much like their match against reDRagon, Santana & Ortiz find themselves vastly outmatched in the technical department, allowing Punk & Danielson to dictate the pace of the match in the early going. Danielson is the first up, picking apart at Santana’s leg. Not only does this set up the potential for a Heel Hook finish, but it messes with their offensive arsenal, limiting both his speed and a stable base for his power. Meanwhile, CM Punk largely plays the role of spoiler. Whenever Santana would begin to regain the initiative and try to use it to tag in Ortiz, CM Punk would either run around the ring to take care of Ortiz, or he would charge in the ring and use the referee’s otherwise lax enforcement to pin down Santana.
Danielson throws on a Figure Four onto Santana, who somehow manages to flip it around, reversing the weight onto Danielson himself. Bryan untangles himself from the situation, but his legs are hurting as well. Both men are down, trying to reach their partner. All of a sudden, Ortiz decides that he’s going to take the initiative this time and swings around ringside, clubbing CM Punk and powerbombing him on top of the barricade. He jumps up on the rope, ready to get back into the match. Santana makes the hot tag and it’s Ortiz’s turn to unleash all kinds of hell! He starts laying down strikes on the challengers, sending them powdering outside, but they should know better. Ortiz hops up top and knocks them both down with a diving crossbody.
The match begins to reach its climax after a few more minutes of back and forth action. CM Punk & Danielson regain the initiative and decide it’s time to put away Ortiz once and for all. CM Punk lifts Ortiz up and hits the GTS, and Bryan starts charging for the knee, but what’s this? Santana pushes Ortiz out of the way, taking the bullet himself! Bryan tosses Santana out and covers Ortiz. 1! 2! No? What’s this? Ortiz has his foot on the rope! The referee has spotted it! Danielson is very upset! He drags Ortiz back into the center of the ring. He begins stomping on his head over and over again. 1, 2, kickout! Bryan tags in Punk, looking to permanently put away the champ, but Santana limps in, trading clubs with the challengers. Ortiz recovers and tosses Bryan out of the ring. It’s two on one for CM Punk. Ortiz tags in Santana. Street Sweeper! But Santana is hurt! The referee is checking in on the champion’s leg, but Santana knows what needs to be done. He covers Bryan. His foot’s below the bottom rope! 1, 2, 3? The referee didn’t see it! They were too busy looking at Santana’s injured leg! Santana and Ortiz have retained!
Result: Santana and Ortiz def. Punk & Danielson by pinfall (23:37)
The challengers argue with the referee after the match. Punk picks up a microphone as the champions are leaving. “Hey! You got real lucky the referee didn’t see my foot!”
The champions turn around, Santana shouting, “it wouldn’t have mattered anyway!”
“Oh really?” Bryan is speaking now. “If it didn’t matter, then why don’t you take us on in a rematch at AEW Homecoming! And to make sure that something like that doesn’t happen again, how about we have a stipulation that doesn’t use the ropes! I want the two of you in a ladder match!”
Santana and Ortiz, finding no issue with this, accept.
AEW Homecoming: Santana and Ortiz vs. Punk & Danielson - Ladder Match for the AEW Tag Team Championships
Bryan Danielson had a little more of a reason for offering a ladder match than just making sure no rope breaks can ruin the match. With AEW Homecoming only a couple of weeks after Fyter Fest, the champions, Santana in particular, had very little time to heal their injuries. Santana enters the match with his leg taped up, signaling a large weak point for the meticulous Punk & Danielson. If they take out his leg, there’ll be no way he’ll be in any condition to climb the ladder. Everything is going to plan in the early stages, the challengers using the ladder to twist and bang up Santana’s leg further. However, Ortiz is doing more than necessary to pick up the slack, flying around the ring and delivering just as much punishment to the confident challengers.
There’s a spot in the match where Santana and Bryan are fighting on top of the ladder. Santana attempts a kick but Bryan catches the leg, bending down on it and putting Santana in the Heel Hook. After a while of excruciating pain, Ortiz comes to the rescue, clubbing Bryan with fists until he lets go, allowing the champion to powerbomb Bryan off the ladder and into the floor. As Santana recovers up top, Bryan begins to recover on the side of the ring. Santana stands on top of the ladder, and flies off of it. Punk pushes Bryan out of the way, taking the crossbody for himself. Bryan Danielson slides back in the ring, hoping to take advantage, but Ortiz is waiting for him, lifting him up and powerbombing him on another ladder draped in the corner. He climbs up the ladder and retrieves the belt for him & his teammate, winning the match.
Result: Santana and Ortiz win by retrieval (27:42)
Bryan Danielson attacks CM Punk after the match, frustrated at his performance the last couple of weeks. This sets up Punk/Danielson for AEW All Out.
Chapter 3: It’s Darker in the Streets Meanwhile, the House of Black has been doing a fair bit of work in building up their name since the tournament. Joined by the always mysterious Windham Rotunda (not a ShadowRealm booking without him), they have vowed to “expose some of the deepest and darkest within All Elite Wrestling. Their first target: The Dark Order. After spending some time systematically destroying them, The Kings of the Black Throne (Malakai Black & Brody King) find themselves sitting atop the Tag Team Rankings. They want the championships, but their intentions are much more sinister than just the concept of competition.
Road to AEW All Out: The House of Black targets The Inner Circle
The House of Black air a vignette during the Dynamite after homecoming. “There’s been an air of…” Malakai Black inhales. “...insincerity around one of the biggest factions in All Elite Wrestling. I’m only naturally talking about the Inner Circle.”
Brody King steps out from the black. “When was the last time they’ve done anything as a group? They desperately put on a front for everybody at AEW, but the House of Black sees right through it. Chris Jericho, all of your underlings only used you to get to where they needed to go.”
“Look at yourself, and then look at your peers,” Malakai replies. “Sammy’s the TNT Champion, Santana and Ortiz are the AEW Tag Team Champions, Jake Hager has a successful career in Bellator. What have you done as of late?”
Ominous laughter emits in the background, followed by the appearance of Windham Rotunda in the center. “Chris Jericho, you & I have known each other a long time now. I know what you’re about. You’ve let your underlings hold you down from what you’ve wanted to accomplish for so long. And now, it is up to us to set you free! First, we’ll start by taking everything that’s beloved to them.” This ends the vignette.
House of Black targets Jake Hager first. They interrupt a squash match between Hager and a local talent, Malakai spraying black mist into Hager’s eyes. This takes him out of commission for a while, allowing him to focus more on MMA (because honestly, the more of a legit badass I can make him, the better). Later in the night, Sammy Guevara, after another successful TNT title defense, takes to the microphone. “House of Black! I know you’re lurking around here somewhere. Why don’t you come out here and fight me like men! It’s already gonna be three-on-one, you might as well give up the element of surprise!” As if on cue, the lights go out in the arena. Enter Windham Rotunda, who’s on his knees, offering himself up as a sacrifice. Sammy obliges, landing blow after blow on the Wicked One. However, it was all bait, as Sammy turns around to black mist, followed by a Black Mass and a subsequent beatdown.
We cut to the remaining members of the Inner Circle backstage, clearly displeased with what they just saw. “Listen here, you stupid idiots!” Jericho points at the camera. “The Inner Circle aren’t just some ‘underlings,’ they’re my friends! I couldn’t be happier to see my friends succeed! We don’t need to be together all the time because we’re secure in our friendships, and we’re going to prove that to you when we beat your ass on Rampage!”
“Listen up, pendejos!” Santana hops in. “Everything we’re about to do to you is for our boys Sammy & Jake. We’re going to show you why you don’t mess with the AEW Tag Team Champions and the GOAT Chris Jericho!”
AEW Rampage: Inner Circle (Jericho, Santana, & Ortiz) vs. House of Black (Windham, Malakai, & Brody) - No DQs
This match is an all-out war as all six men are focused on absolutely destroying each other. Unfortunately, this match does not last very long as the Inner Circle quickly find themselves overmatched by the sheer power of the House of Black. After taking out Santana & Ortiz, they beat down Jericho and pin him after a Black Mass.
Result: House of Black def. Inner Circle by pinfall (10:22)
After the match they continue beating down the Inner Circle, picking Jericho up to his knees and spraying him with the black mist, taking him out of commission for a while (maybe he can write some more music or something, I don’t know).
AEW Dynamite: Who is the Real King of the Tag Division?
Santana and Ortiz stand inside of the ring, humbled by their loss at the previous Rampage. “There’s no denying it,” Ortiz nods on the microphone. “The House of Black are some tough sons of bitches.”
“But you know what?” Santana replies. “So are we. You want to talk about the ‘darkness?’ My boy and I grew up in the Bronx. You wanna hide in your creepy little room? It’s darker out in the streets! You never know who or what’s gonna come at you, and you learn how to survive. That’s what we did. You might’ve taken out the rest of us, but we survived. And you know what? We want to fight!”
“Don’t think we didn’t notice your little ranking,” Ortiz joins back in. “You’re the #1 Contenders, and we’re the Tag Team Champions. We’re willing to put this on the line if it means getting one more chance to kick your ass!”
“And Windham!” Santana points out, presumably to the tron where Windham usually hides. “We didn’t forget about you either. You see, the Inner Circle aren’t the only boys we rock with on a regular basis. Check it out, we got the one guy who knows what we’re talking about.”
Enter Eddie Kingston, who walks into the ring and stares a hole right through the hardcam. “At All Out, I’m going to make sure you wish you never tried to mess with my boys. Anytime you mess with them, you mess with me! And now, I’m pissed off!” He spikes the mic as his music begins to play, ending the segment.
The Kings of the Black Throne accept, promising to make Santana and Ortiz “fade to black.”
AEW All Out: Santana and Ortiz vs. Kings of the Black Throne - AEW Tag Team Championships
Both Windham and Eddie Kingston are ringside as the bell rings, sparking a massive brawl between the four men in the ring. These four don’t let off the gas pedal, as Santana and Ortiz gain the initiative, sending Malakai & Brody packing to the outside, but they should know better. Santana and Ortiz hit Tope Suicidas in stereo. They send them back to the ring, where they continue beating them down until the referee starts to get involved, beginning to restore order to the match.
The story of the match is how badly Santana, Ortiz, and Kingston want to beat up the House of Black. Eddie Kingston has to hold back a few times in an attempt to not get himself ejected from ringside. Meanwhile, Santana and Ortiz find themselves as the aggressors of the match, isolating Malakai Black while Brody King awaits in the corner. Neither Santana nor Ortiz go for a cover in the early going, instead electing to punish Malakai more and more, especially as he is the one bearing the “black mist,” responsible for putting all of their Inner Circle friends on the shelf for the foreseeable future. Santana attempts a backbreaker but Malakai counters into a DDT, allowing him enough space to tag in Brody King, who comes in and starts going wild on the champions.
The climax of the match happens as Santana and Ortiz hit the Street Sweeper on Brody King, pinning Brody for the first time in this match. Windham gets up on the apron, distracting the referee. Eddie Kingston sweeps Windham’s legs, the latter falling off the apron and into the floor. Windham gets up and they engage in a staredown. Eddie swings, but Windham ducks, and instead there’s a wild Malakai Black, who sprays Eddie with the black mist. Santana and Ortiz, having witnessed all of this, lose their shit.
They start by clobbering the shit out of Brody King. Ortiz hangs Brody’s head on the bottom rope and starts stepping down, choking him out. Meanwhile, Santana heads to ringside and grabs a chair from the bottom rope. The referee is trying to get Ortiz off of Brody, but then sees Santana swing at Malakai with the chair, wailing on his back. The referee, despite their best efforts, is left with no choice but to disqualify Santana and Ortiz.
Result: Kings of the Black Throne def. Santana and Ortiz by DQ (20:18)
The beatdown continues after the bell has rung. Windham begs off, but Santana and Ortiz show no mercy, clobbering Windham with fists wrapped in chains. They let out all of their pent-up anger out on the House of Black, leaving them an absolute mess. They bring a still-blinded Eddie Kingston onto his feet and walk with him to the back.
Aftermath: Changed Men
Santana, Ortiz, and Eddie Kingston aren’t seen for weeks. Meanwhile, the Varsity Blondes start picking up wins, eventually gaining enough momentum to call out the champions. They announce on Rampage that Varsity Blondes vs. Santana & Ortiz will happen then. After the challengers make their entrance, all three men make their return…on the left side of the ramp. They don’t pose, they don’t make any theatrics. Instead, they march right into the ring and start beating down Griff Garrison and Brian Pillman Jr. Despite multiple referee’s pleas, the champions and Eddie Kingston do not let up. Once again, the match is thrown out.
Santana picks up the microphone. “WE’RE NOT GONNA PLAY BY YOUR RULES ANYMORE! YOU WANT OUR BELTS? YOU’RE GONNA HAVE TO DO WHAT WE’VE DONE OUR WHOLE LIVES: FIGHT!” He slams the microphone down as the duo hold up their belts, Eddie in the background with a vicious grin.
I bet you have a lot of questions, right? Well, you’ll just have to wait until Part II and see if they get answered.

2022.01.28 15:44 greener6 Need help making realistic fabric textures
Hello everyone, I need some help figuring out how to make a good fabric texture for blender. I currently work at a cushion manufacturer as a video production specialist but would like to start making some 3d animations for them. This is just something I work on in my free time
Here is a example of what im going for; https://paddyo.com/our-superior-product/
What would be the best way to go about creating a nice looking fabric texture like I linked above? Currently I have been trying to do this by taking picture of our fabrics and trying to create normal and height maps from that using photoshop but my results have been sub-par so far.
My initial thoughts are that a image texture would be the best way to get a realistic looking fabric, and since we have a lot of different cushions, it would be the most time effective too. I'm very new to the texturing world so if there is a better way please let me know.
Any help with this would be greatly appreciated!

2022.01.28 15:44 sparksack Bluetooth headphones similar to M40X
I’m looking to replace my ATH M40X. I’ve been using the BAL-M40X adapter and all of a sudden it started crackling.
My M40Xs are so comfortable and I like the sound so I’m looking for something similar with Bluetooth capability.
Thanks so much!

Hey all, I was looking into getting that bobovr D2 dock. When looking at the reviews on Amazon, it looks like people are having an issue with a continuous beeping. If you do have/had the D2 dock what is your experience and do you recommend it?
Thanks in advance

2022.01.28 15:44 Lazulifist_V What should I know before meeting my girlfriend’s family?
Hi I’m Filipino, my gf is Mexican and I’m going to be meeting her family over dinner some time in the next 2 months. I’m getting pretty anxious about it, is there anything in particular that I should expect or do when I meet them?

2022.01.28 15:44 redguards52 Question about IT work compared to programming/software development?
Hello everyone. I just had a question kind of about the posts I see on this sub a lot. I want to become a software developer. Most of the suggestions I see here for IT roles don't involve going to college and a lot of people believe you can get a good IT job with the right certifications and experience.
Is this the same for a programmesoftware developer? I'm curious because I want a good job that doesn't involve a ton of customer service. Or is the only viable route to get a Bachelor's in CS?
Also I'm kind of curious is IT is a completely different thing than programming because I don't see it talked about much here? Thanks in advance for any help!

2022.01.28 15:44 DependentDegree9561 I am American and have a friend who is Cantonese-American. I'd like to send this for New Year but am concerned. Can you help me - is this meme okay to send - or is there a risk of it being considered offensive or somehow distasteful?

2022.01.28 15:44 Mamabear5833 Creating best bond possible with second child
When my first child was born I wasn’t doing my best. Once I was in a good place, the father started to act out and I felt like he was trying to sabotage my relationship with my daughter. I wasn’t able to breastfeed very long which is one of my biggest upsets. Dealing with mentally abusive spouse who would get jealous, ruin my best moments with my daughter, constantly try to be the favourite etc etc etc. I won’t go into detail about that too much, but it was the most hurtful thing and I am truly traumatized. It’s really upsetting to think that his best efforts, have impacted my daughter and I’s bond. She loves me of course but she sure loves her dad. It’s been so hard it’s a very long and upsetting story and truly a mothers worst nightmare. I am in therapy. I am now pregnant with a second, and I need to do everything possible to make sure this baby is attached to me. Since I have had someone act so unhealthy towards me, mind you I never thought or imagined these things my first pregnancy because I didn’t know he was going to be like this, I obviously have trauma and fear about a new baby.. if I was in a normal relationship, this would never be a worry or cross my mind. Once I saw everything it’s very hard to unsee. I will most definitely be breastfeeding this time. I feel pretty informed about it , and am going to research ask questions ,talk to anyone who can give me helpful information for I succeed. I do worry he will try to sabatoge that too knowing the bond it creates. My question is what can I do to create the body possible bond with my new child. Seems so normal, I just want to do everything possible and by the end of this I sound stupid. I know how to love , be present, be there. I guess I just am fearful and want go extra to protect myself from anyone trying to ruin things for me like the first time. I’m so happy that I’m healthy now, healthy as I can be with the circumstance I’m in. I’m scared of being so anxious and scared around the baby and work really hard to not act anxious around my daughter now. I will never forgive myself for having nervous breakdowns around LO because of father. I need all the coping skills in the world.
